ADA is looking weak right now, and this chart is a good reminder that not every dip is automatically a buying opportunity. 👀
$ADA is currently around $0.1852, down roughly 5.51%, with the 4H chart showing a clear short-term downtrend.
What immediately stands out to me is the series of lower highs and lower lows. After the earlier spike toward $0.2115, ADA failed to maintain that momentum and has gradually moved lower. The selling pressure has become more obvious over the last several candles.
The moving averages are also telling an important story.
MA5 is around $0.1876, MA10 is around $0.191

I'm staying far away from AAVE because it has dropped -3.35% to $86.75, breaking down from its recent structure. The moving averages are heavily bearish and fanning downward: EMA5 at $87.41, EMA10 at $87.98, and EMA30 at $89.04, all well above the current price. The 24h low is $86.03, and MACD is deeply negative and accelerating lower. It's currently flirting with a breakdown of the $86.00 support zone. I am completely out and will only look for a long entry if it reclaims the EMA30 ($89.04) with strong volume.
