The CLARITY Act’s procedural vote in the Senate failed, with approximately 49 votes in favor and 50 against, in line with expectations.
It received no Democratic support, while four Republicans voted against it. This is not a final rejection; the bill remains on the agenda.
A revote is highly unlikely in the short term: Congress recesses in early October and will not reconvene until after the November midterm elections. Tillis introduced a motion to reconsider, but no specific date has been set. More likely, it will have to wait until after the election or the new Congress in 2027. This year’s

The hardest part of a profitable trade is exiting. $LSK I also scaled out while holding this short position, initially watching for resistance at the highs and entering around 0.4334 only after it failed to break the previous high.

There were pullback confirmations during the holding period, along with a few brief wicks, but I managed the position strictly according to the protection level and did not let short-term fluctuations change my direction. As long as the trend remains intact, I will continue holding the short.

At 0.3749, I handled the +265.77% gains with an 80/20 split: I took 80

After a false breakout at the highs, I tried shorting on $UNI without waiting for the breakdown before chasing, entering around 6.661.

This trade was not easy to hold. There was a pullback in between, and the stop-loss was nearly swept, but the trend structure remained intact and rebound volume was average, so I continued holding. I only moved the stop-loss down and did not make random moves during the consolidation.

At 6.321, I first took profits at an 80/20 split on the +363.24% gain: 80% locked in, with 20% left to monitor the liquidation zone. I am not in a hurry to close everything a

Sorry, we failed.
As expected, the CLARITY Act failed to pass, with the final vote ending in a 50 VS 50 tie.
Simply put, the bill would classify cryptocurrencies, determine which fall under the SEC’s jurisdiction and which under the CFTC’s, and establish the rules exchanges must follow to register.
After being dragged out for more than a year, it’s starting to feel a bit like the ETF saga back then.
Promise me: after today’s drop, it can’t drop again tomorrow when the FOMC raises interest rates. 🥹

NEAR is trending across the entire internet, but futures funds are pulling out: I’m shorting this sentiment-driven move first
$NEAR 24h -6.8% and still trending—people are entering, but money is leaving. Direction: bearish in the short term; any rebound is a window to reduce positions.

Bearish rationale: first, funds are pulling out, with OI down 14.82% versus last week’s record and the long-short ratio at 1.7525; sec

Spent last night on the balcony with my mom, mooncake in one hand, phone in the other, trying not to be obvious about checking my BTC position every ten minutes. She caught me anyway and just laughed, said I've been doing that since the last bull run too.
Just pulled up the actual BTC/USDT 4h chart on Gate to get real numbers instead of guessing. Current price is 75,657, and if you scroll back on this chart you can see the whole story, BTC ground sideways near 63,400 for a while, then broke out hard, ran all the way up toward the 82,878 area, and has spent the last several sessions fading back

Bessent has been steadily pushing the CLARITY Act recently, even saying outright that if the bill continues to stall,
it will send a signal to the outside world that “the United States is unwilling to lead the future of digital assets.”
Then, in the Senate vote on September 15, the bill still failed to advance, with 49 votes in favor and 50 against.
This is actually quite interesting.
Bessent was just trying to boost market confidence, and then the bill immediately got stuck.
Bitcoin followed suit, falling from around $80k, and market sentiment suddenly cooled.
But I think what is truly

The U.S. Senate will hold a key procedural vote on the CLARITY Act on September 15, requiring 60 votes to advance with Republicans holding 53 seats. Kalshi data shows the odds of passage this year have fallen to 25%, with ethics provisions and stablecoin yield still unresolved. What would advancing the bill mean for crypto markets?
