Coin World reported that Aethir has officially launched its ATH pre-staking event on EigenLayer. Users can now stake ATH in the EigenLayer ATH vault and receive liquid staking token EigenATH (eATH).
The vault has integrated EigenLayer's AVS model, allowing computing power providers in the Aethir network to borrow ATH to operate a decentralized computing network. The service fees generated will be distributed proportionally to eATH holders. All staked ATH will be locked for one year to ensure network stability.
The redemption feature of eATH is expected to open on June 13, 2026, followed by a 30-day unlocking period.
