Compensation Plan for Users Affected by Anomalies in the ZBAI (ZBAI) Spot Market

Between June 11 and June 19, 2025, the ZBAI (ZBAI) spot market experienced abnormal price fluctuations. Gate promptly implemented risk control measures, analyzed and investigated large amounts of market data and abnormal trading behavior.
Following the incident, Gate conducted multiple rounds of discussions with the responsible party, carefully verified the attribution of responsibility, and established a compensation mechanism.

To safeguard the interests of affected users, Gate has formulated the following 100% compensation plan.

1. Compensation Eligibility
Users who suffered losses due to the abnormal market fluctuations during the period from June 11, 2025, 06:00 (UTC) to June 19, 2025, 15:59 (UTC), and meet the following criteria:

• The user’s losses during the abnormal fluctuation period exceed their total profits from the ZBAI market.
• The user is not responsible for the abnormal market fluctuation event.

2. Compensation Method

• Eligible users will receive compensation on a 1:1 basis for their net losses, issued entirely in USDT.
• Calculation method:
  Compensation Amount in USDT = Total Purchased Amount in USDT − Total Sold Amount in USDT
• Users who gained profits during the abnormal period but are not responsible for the incident will retain their profits without deduction.
• Users who incurred losses during the abnormal period but have overall profits in the ZBAI market will not be eligible for compensation, but their profits will not be deducted.

3. Compensation Application Process

• Affected users must submit the required information within seven days of this announcement via the following link:

• Upon completion of data collection and PnL verification, Gate will distribute the compensation within five working days in accordance with the above plan.
