Gate Announcement on Optimized Futures Insurance Fund Details

To improve how Futures Insurance Fund data is displayed, and to help users check balances across different Futures markets and adjust their risk control strategies promptly, Gate has refined the Insurance Fund balance display to provide more detailed information.

Changes

The Insurance Fund balance page now includes a market filter. Users can select different Futures markets to view the corresponding Insurance Fund balance. See Insurance Fund Balance for details.

Availability

• Web: Available August 28, 2026

• App: Supported in version 8.35.0 and later

Impact

1. This adjustment only changes how Insurance Fund balances are displayed. It does not change the balances themselves or the fund's overall size.

2. Does not affect asset security, existing positions, open orders, or normal trading.

3. Does not change existing liquidation, Insurance Fund protection, or Auto-Deleveraging (ADL) mechanisms.

4. Web features take effect automatically. App features activate after you upgrade to version 8.35.0. No further action is required.
