According to DefiLlama data in August, Gate ranked among the industry leaders across multiple core trading metrics. Its 24-hour combined spot and derivatives trading volume reached approximately $9.5 billion, ranking third globally, while Open Interest stood at $12.48 billion, also placing Gate among the global Top 3. Over the past 30 days, Gate recorded cumulative net inflows of $308.1 million, ranking second among major trading platforms.
In addition, Gate’s latest reserve report showed that total reserves had risen to $8.215 billion, with an overall reserve coverage ratio of 127%. BTC and ETH excess reserve ratios stood at 22.79% and 22.05%, respectively, while the combined reserve ratio for USDT, USDC, USD1, and GUSD reached 111.63%. Excess coverage across multiple major assets provided additional support for platform liquidity and long-term operational stability.
Overall, Gate continued to expand across TradFi, wealth management, derivatives, on-chain trading, AI, and institutional services, further strengthening its multi-asset product matrix and global service capabilities. As the boundaries between traditional financial assets and digital assets continue to converge, the platform is progressively building a one-stop financial ecosystem spanning trading, investing, asset management, and professional services.
Looking ahead, as global capital markets and digital asset markets become increasingly integrated, Gate will continue to strengthen its product ecosystem around key areas including multi-asset trading, VIP services, institutional services, on-chain infrastructure, and AI. On one hand, Gate will continue expanding its coverage of global equities, ETFs, RWAs, and derivatives to enhance cross-market asset allocation and trading capabilities. On the other hand, it will further improve the efficiency of wealth management products, institutional infrastructure, and on-chain services, while reinforcing its security foundation through robust reserves and global compliance efforts. As synergies between TradFi and crypto continue to deepen, Gate is progressively developing an integrated financial ecosystem spanning trading, investing, asset management, and intelligent services, providing global users with a more diversified and efficient one-stop experience for asset allocation and trading.
