1. On September 14, 2026, at 06:00 (UTC), trading of NXXT stock will be suspended, and the platform will cancel all open orders simultaneously. The system will automatically complete the consolidation according to the applicable ratio. At that time, the number of shares you hold and your position cost basis will be adjusted accordingly.

2. On September 14, 2026, at 08:00 (UTC), NXXT stock will resume normal trading at the adjusted price after the pre-market phase opens. Please note that the specific tradable time may be adjusted based on actual conditions. The platform's final opening time shall prevail.
