According to relevant official market announcements, BONJOUR HOLD (00653.HK), REALORD GROUP (01196.HK) will complete their stock split and reverse split operations shortly. Gate will support and facilitate these adjustments. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Stock

1. On September 10, 2026, at 09:00 (UTC), trading of BONJOUR HOLD stock will be suspended, and the platform will cancel all open orders simultaneously. The system will automatically complete the consolidation according to the applicable ratio. At that time, the number of shares you hold and your position cost basis will be adjusted accordingly.

2. On September 13, 2026, at 09:00 (UTC), trading of REALORD GROUP stock trading will be suspended. The platform will also cancel all unfilled open orders. The system will automatically process the stock split according to the applicable ratio. Your share quantity and position cost price will be adjusted proportionally.

3. When the stock resumes trading on the public market, the platform will open trading simultaneously. Stay tuned.
