The campaign features two point leaderboards, each with a 50,000 USDT prize pool. Users can participate in both leaderboards and compete for a total prize pool of 100,000 USDT.

How to Participate

Step 1: Log in to Gate and click “Register Now” on the campaign page
Step 2: Enter the Gate Polymarket World Cup Zone
Step 3: Choose knockout-stage related predictions or World Cup fun prediction markets
Step 4: Complete prediction trading of ≥ 10 USDT
Step 5: After the prediction market is settled, the system will calculate points based on the return multiple and update the leaderboard

• Golden Boot winner
• Which continent will win the World Cup?
• National team to reach the final
• Nation of the Golden Boot winner
• Team specials, player long-term markets, elimination round markets, and other World Cup special markets

Points Calculation Rules

This campaign uses a return multiple-based points system. After a user makes a successful prediction, points will be awarded based on the return multiple of the corresponding prediction trade.
Points = (Return Multiple - 1) × 100
Example: If a user participates in a prediction market with 100 USDT and receives 150 USDT after selling early or after a successful prediction, the return multiple is 1.5x. The corresponding points are:
(1.5 - 1) × 100 = 50 points
No points will be awarded for losing predictions.

Return Multiple Calculation

1. If the user holds until market settlement, Return Multiple = Settlement Amount / Purchase Cost.
2. If the user sells before market settlement and realizes a profit, Return Multiple = Sale Proceeds / Purchase Cost.
3. If the prediction fails or the trade results in a loss, the points for that trade will be 0.
4. For each market, only the result of the user’s first purchase of ≥ 10 USDT will be counted for points. Users may make additional purchases for the same result.
5. If the user sells before the event is settled, points will be calculated after the event settlement.
6. A single valid trade amount must be ≥ 10 USDT. The cumulative valid trading amount for a single leaderboard must be ≥ 50 USDT to qualify for the corresponding prize pool ranking.

Rewards

The two leaderboards are ranked and rewarded independently. Each leaderboard has a prize pool of 50,000 USDT.

Users may participate in both leaderboards at the same time. If a user ranks on both leaderboards, rewards can be accumulated.

Ranking Rules

1. The system will rank users based on their total points on the corresponding leaderboard.
2. The higher the points, the higher the ranking.
3. If users have the same points, the ranking will be determined by valid trading volume on the corresponding leaderboard, from highest to lowest.
4. If both points and valid trading volume are the same, the ranking will be determined by the time of the user’s first valid trade on the corresponding leaderboard. Earlier participation ranks higher.
5. Each leaderboard only counts valid trades made after successful campaign registration.

Terms and Conditions

1. Users must complete registration on the campaign page before participating in campaign rewards.
2. Only eligible prediction trades in the Gate Polymarket World Cup Zone will be counted.
3. Prediction market settlement results are subject to the Polymarket page and officially verifiable results.
4. In the event of market cancellation, postponement, early closure, abnormal settlement, or force majeure, relevant points and rewards will be subject to Gate’s final backend records.
5. Batch registration, wash trading, matched trading, self-trading, abnormal arbitrage, fake trades, and other behaviors that affect campaign fairness are strictly prohibited.
6. Multiple accounts under the same verified user will be regarded as one participant. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
7. This campaign is not affiliated with, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by FIFA, the World Cup, any team, player, or event organizer.
