The 1-hour and 4-hour trends are both weak, with RSI at 51 and 34, respectively. The current price is 10.281, about 1.21% from the 1-hour support at 10.157 and about 1.42% from the resistance at 10.427. The 24-hour change is -1.63%, but it cannot replace confirmation of key levels.
My view is not based on chasing pumps or selling into dips: first wait for a breakout above 10.427 or a break below 10.157—whichever occurs first—and then revise the assessment accordingly.
