It uses NAND and LATCH as the smallest components, allowing users to connect them on a canvas, test the circuit in a browser first, and then submit it on-chain once confirmed.
According to the demo on the project page, 5 components can make a half adder, 9 can make a full adder, and 36 can form a genuinely working 4-bit adder.
