This tech stock pullback has investors doing the math seriously
When AI companies used to announce data center expansions, the market would immediately reward them with higher valuations. Now investors are asking: Where will the money come from? How much will the interest cost? When will the investment pay off?
At the close of U.S. markets on October 16, the Nasdaq 100 was down 5.5% for the week; the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell for eight consecutive trading days, with losses totaling 15.7%. Note the distinction: the Nasdaq Composite fell 4.5% this week. This round of chip-sector loss

$BR I nearly paid for another lesson on this 16-point move. I cut 30k U near 0.29 the day before yesterday. Today, I watched it surge to 0.494 and then get slammed back to 0.4046, with $159 million in trading volume—that kind of volume isn't generated by retail traders.
On-chain data shows heavy turnover by major players in the 0.38–0.40 range. The 24-hour price range is nearly 70%, a classic retest after a shakeout.
Sentiment is split: those who chased the rally are stuck above 0.48, while those who bought the dip couldn't hold on at 0.30. At the current 0.4046, 0.38 is the dividing line betw

$METIS I checked the gainers list this afternoon and spotted this one right away. It's up more than 7% today and over 20% for the week, with bulls and bears battling it out halfway up the mountain. The project itself hasn't had any major new developments; the latest is that support for Stargate will end on the 23rd of this month, so liquidity will have to be withdrawn manually. I said this morning to stay away, and the price is even higher now. My view hasn't changed: it's fine to watch from the sidelines at this stage high, but chasing it isn't a good idea. It's only up a little compared with

This move in gold is definitely interesting. The policy combination coming out of India lately is worth a closer look: the Reserve Bank of India has proposed that gold funds and ETFs no longer be backed by physical gold, while SEBI has notified asset management companies to restrict new retail investments in gold and silver funds. Taken together, the message isn’t complicated: demand for gold in India is so strong that there isn’t enough physical gold to go around, so they have to start by tightening the spigot on “paper gold.”
India is already one of the world’s biggest gold-consuming markets

Gm Chads, happy weekend 🩵
Away from the charts and endless timelines for a bit.
Fresh air, green views, and some peace of mind. Sometimes you need to step away from the market and enjoy what's around you.
Crypto will still be here on Monday.
Hope you're all having a good weekend 🤝
Today’s core assessment: ETH is currently in a post-decline consolidation and recovery phase, with a cautious-to-bearish short-term bias. The priority is to wait for signals to short a rebound, while keeping a breakout-long plan in reserve. Blindly chasing rallies or selling off at current levels is not recommended.
The latest market reports show ETH at approximately $2,413–$2,460 on October 17, with quote times varying by source; BTC is trading around $81,000. Whether ETH can regain and hold $2,450–$2,480 will be an important indicator of whether the short-term rebound can continue.

Bitcoin on-chain floor near $30k?
Ki Young Ju says even if all ETF money and treasury $BTC exit, cost basis still points there. Based on realized price and past MVRV bottoms. $10k would need an MVRV lower than anything seen. 2019 buyers already survived two 75% drops.
Cost basis shows where holders are underwater. It does not stop price. Severe selling has broken these levels before.

$ETH Evening outlook: 10.17.
If ETH can hold above the trendline on the hourly chart, at 2432, it still has a chance to push up to 2493. Conversely, if ETH falls below 2432, it will retest support at 2382.
A break below 2382 would mean another retest of the previous low. If the retest holds above 2382 and ETH stays within the 2432-2382 range, losses won’t extend. But if it breaks below 2382, ETH is in trouble again.
The only way to stop ETH from continuing to grind lower is to hold above 2432. Second, it must break above 2493 and trade there to stop the continued slide.
For a rebound, ETH mus

$SIREN Major shorting opportunity! Is a sharp drop coming?
$SIREN It has surged more than 40%, but is currently facing resistance around $0.040–$0.041. A rejection in this area could trigger a sharp pullback. Short entry: $0.0378–$0.0386 Take-profit 1: $0.0300 Take-profit 2: $0.0277 Stop-loss: $0.0429 A break below $0.0367 could strengthen bearish momentum and push the price toward $0.030. However, the strong uptrend makes this a high-risk countertrend trade setup. Will $SIREN sellers eventually take control?

Most likely, we are living in a simulated world.
Our parents' childhood was lit by kerosene lamps; today's childhood means smartphones, broadband internet, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. Technology is advancing at a snowballing pace.
The universe has existed for 13.8 billion years, and the probability that we just happen to be the first civilization in the universe to reach its current stage is mathematically almost zero. Millions of players participate in Nintendo games, essentially taking part in a lightweight simulation: you walk to the seaside, and only then is the seaside “simul

Why Are Micron, SanDisk, and Western Digital Starting to Diverge?
Although they are all benefiting from AI growth, performance within the storage sector has been uneven. Micron, SanDisk, Western Digital, and Seagate are all connected to the storage industry, but their business structures, profit models, and market expectations differ, so it is no surprise that their share prices are moving in different directions.
Micron focuses primarily on DRAM and NAND flash memory, with its investment case tied to high-bandwidth memory, server memory demand, and changes in memory chip prices. SanDisk is mo

$HYPE and $ZEC have really been a handful this week, each more chaotic than the last
ZEC hit a high of 1348 early in the week, then plunged all the way to 1070, with a swing of more than 20%. Anyone who chased longs earlier probably got shaken out pretty badly. HYPE wasn’t idle either: it fell around 8% over the week, bottoming at 77.5 and now hovering around $80. What hurts most is that I also opened a 10 HYPE long at 83.548... Yesterday, watching it rebound, I thought this thing had real resilience, but when I checked over the weekend, the price had come right back. I’m increasingly convin

US September PPI came in at 6.3% YoY, well above the 5.3% market expectation, pointing to renewed producer-side inflation pressure. Weekly jobless claims were 199K, broadly in line with forecasts. Could hotter inflation further reduce room for rate cuts, and what does it mean for $BTC, US stocks, and gold?
