The Bitcoin treasury firm spent $204.9 million of its USD Cash to repurchase 2,068,459 shares of STRC, its variable-rate preferred stock, up from $193.1 million the week prior. Strategy still holds 848,517 BTC, while its USD Cash balance fell to $242.4 million from $447.3 million a week earlier.

After steadily declining from a high of 102.71, the price is now trading near the lower Bollinger Band while testing the previous low support at 99.63. For intraday longs, traders can use the lower band as support and cautiously open a small position in the 99.6–100.0 range. If the price retests the 99.0 area, add one lot to the position. Exit if it decisively breaks below 98.6. The initial rebound target is around the middle Bollinger Band at 101.4, followed by the previous resistance at 102.
