Influenced by a combination of factors, including the failure of a key procedural vote on the CLARITY Act, the crypto market overall is trending downward. I bought the dip on some “YES” shares on @predictdotfun betting that the CLARITY Act will pass in 2026. Although the CLARITY Act failed to pass the Senate yesterday, its probability shouldn’t fall to single digits.
