Major outflows have repeatedly aligned with important bottoms, while aggressive inflows have appeared closer to local or macro tops.
Because of this, the heavy ETF outflows seen over the past couple of months are not necessarily bearish.
They suggest weaker hands are capitulating, through ETF's, which strengthens the view that a DURABLE BOTTOM IS IN.
