When I first came to Shenzhen, a friend told me that in Shenzhen, if you have money, there are no rainy days.
I’ve definitely felt that over the past two months.
It’s simply a matter of going from one underground parking garage to another.
So, is money important? It is. Every claim that money isn’t important is based on the premise that you don’t lack money.

The blessed are resented by a thousand people; the unblessed resent a thousand people.
Stop insulting people so much—you’ll curse away your good fortune.

Why is it easier said than done?
Because human nature itself is so hard to overcome.
You know masturbating is bad, but can you really quit?

I truly understand what Livermore said:
"What beat me was not having brains enough to stick to my own game."
What beat me was not a lack of intelligence, but my inability to control myself and stick to trading according to my own rules.

Tony kept telling me yesterday that Bitcoin would most likely pull back to around 7.
I said we probably wouldn't see 7.1 within a month.
I kept trying to get him to make a bet, but he wouldn't say a word.
We longs are just so cocky!

Follow Tony around and go hungry for nine meals in three days
Come to Hong Kong and take me to Nonggengji
If this thing required queuing in mainland China, I wouldn’t even bother looking at it
@xtony1314 What are you going to do with all the money you’re saving!

Once again, for me, this is a market where not losing is a win.
I’ll set up a spot grid and grind out a bit, pretending I took part.

At the very beginning of 2000, I was already trading futures
But it’s not very useful as a reference because it’s hard to replicate now
Back then, you could open a position with just a few dozen yuan, and volatility was also huge
Everyone is amazed when Bitcoin rises 20–30 percentage points this time
But back then, a 50% drop was called a pullback, and only a 90% drop was called a crash😂

Failed to CX Bitcoin for Brother Feng and couldn't bring in any incremental growth.
At the end of the day, the ones I'm sorry to are still my family.

You lose slowly in a bear market and quickly in a bull market.
To be honest, I really don't feel as bad in a bull market as I do in a bear market. I feel there are too many opportunities—sometimes, just catching a few of them is enough to break even.

I was helpless this time too; several accounts combined lost $1.5 million
Failed again—is briefly owning something really happiness?
The positions I was heavily bullish on are still performing okay
The main issue was opening positions in several small altcoins with my entire portfolio; they wicked down dozens of percentage points
There’s nothing I can do; at this point, the people I’m most sorry to are still my family
I’ll start a livestream at 2:00

It went to zero, it went to zero. The dumbest thing was that I actually gave it thought
But I thought making this much would be very safe, and that there would at least be some time to run
Then I went out to grab a bite
And it went to zero

It’s all over—just $300k vanished, and the position was liquidated by a wick.

Actually, if my mindset hadn’t blown up in the first half of this year,
I wouldn’t have been left playing with only around $20,000 each time.
Basically, I only need to catch one opportunity to cover my losses.
Unless I tilt when I’m losing and the amount each time is especially large.
So, the key for me is not losing too much.

@Jason60704294 What hurts most isn’t how much money was lost
It’s getting the market right ahead of time and holding a heavy position through it correctly
Only to bury yourself by trying to capture a pullback that you yourself considered insignificant
That’s even more maddening than repeatedly getting the market and your trades wrong
I often do this too 🥹 I really empathize, and there’s a good chance my trades will become even more frequent and aggressive next...
Sigh, I hope you can recover soon. This really doesn’t offer much consolation—I’ve been through it too many times.

There’s actually nothing to envy—looks like I made money this time
In reality, I’m still far from breaking even
