I'm beginning to suspect the OTC buyer of 3.75M HYPE from Labs might actually just be Hyperliquid Strategies
Their last reported cash balance is "only" $294M but that's a week behind so very possible they now have enough cash (~$330M market value on announcement minus whatever discount they're getting)
Would explain why they've let their cash balance grow while continuing to tap the ATM (normally you prefer to buy HYPE immediately when you issue new shares)
