那就来说说我对这件事的看法吧：
先说结论：短期情绪炸弹，长期是"存量挪仓"，未必等于砸盘
这笔转账里 BTC 和 USDT 全进了 Coinbase Prime，BNB 在半路转了几手，去向不明。
Coinbase Prime 是托管和机构经纪平台，不是零售交易所‌。币进了这儿，可能只是换托管方、准备走 OTC 拍卖流程，不等于马上挂在盘口上砸。历史上美国政府处理丝绸之路那批币，主要方式就是分批拍卖，不是直接市价抛售。
但——‌市场从来交易的是预期，不是事实‌。链上数据一被 Arkham 标记出来，大家看到"政府地址进 Coinbase"，空头立刻就有理由开仓。这次也一样，10月6日到7日那波下跌里，官方给的原因之一就明明白白写着"比特币从政府钱包转移到交易所"。你看，‌消息本身就能砸盘，不用等它真卖。‌
短期（几周到一两个月）‌：心理压力为主，配合眼下市场杠杆偏多、情绪刚被洗过一轮，任何新利空都容易被放大。加上后续如果再来几笔转账，市场会把每次转账都当成"抛售倒计时"。
长期‌：得看这批币从哪来的。这批资产是执法没收的——Potapenko/Turogin 案、Bitfi
