At 14, I benched 112.5 kg (248 lb) at 83 kg bodyweight - back when strength inflation wasn’t crazy and that meant something.
I was reading Louie Simmons, Yuri Verkhoshansky, Vladimir Zatsiorsky and obsessing over how to optimize everything - through programming, recovery, supplementation, diet.
I started coaching at 16.
