Why?
Because altcoins generally carry higher volatility and lower liquidity than BTC.

But the probability of unstable conditions increases.

Altseason: What Would Actually Confirm It?
A few altcoins pumping doesn't equal altseason.
I'd want to see:
→ BTC staying relatively stable
→ BTC dominance weakening
→ More altcoins participating
→ Volume expanding
→ Strong sectors holding breakouts
Breadth matters.
If only five coins are flying while everything else is sleeping, that's not broad rotation.
Real altseason should feel wider than one narrative.

The biggest mistake after a breakout?
Buying because everyone else is buying.
