WTF is wrong with it? Why is every down 80% on fomo ?

I am temporarily off telegram. My tg has been lagging for a few days and I decided to delete and reinstall since clearing cache didn’t work.
I didn’t know I had a password set which i unfortunately can’t remember and I don’t have any email linked to my account.
Sadly, telegram has the worst customer support . I will be loosing a lot and it’s so incredibly frustrating.
