march 2020, a court freezes the whole thing
telegram folds
pays an $18,500,000 fine
hands $1,220,000,000 back to investors
kills the project
we're done with ton

Here's what crypto taught me that school didn't:
➫ Your circle matters more than your knowledge
➫ One good call can fund a year of building
➫ Losing money on "safe" bets hurts more than losing on degen plays
➫ The best opportunities look boring when they show up
➫ Shipping a product > posting about other people's products
➫ Staying in the room is the only real edge

$200 → 250x on a memecoin. Here's what actually happened
Late 2023. $AVAX was flat. Nobody was talking about it.
A friend (@asedd72) was deep in the Avalanche ecosystem.
He knew the players behind certain projects.
He flagged $COQ before CT picked it up.
I threw in $200. Not life-changing money. But conviction.
It hit 250x.
The lesson wasn't "buy memecoins early."
The lesson was: surround yourself with people
who are plugged into ecosystems you're not watching.
I can't monitor every chain. Nobody can.
But I can build a circle where someone always is.
