XRP is heavily manipulated.

Dear friends, where BTC was 29178 XRP5L was 0.07932 I purchased, now BTC IS about 29480, and XRP5L is 0.07868, why such a rise in BTC could not affect the XRP5L price? I am still in loss. Is it not manipulation ?.
