$PI Looking back, history tells us that wealth doesn’t belong to the masses. π is indeed a circle centered on the masses—can it change history? They say it’s a revolution that takes on the rich, so the masses can gain wealth. There have been such precedents in history: the redistribution of land from the big landlords is hard proof. So, will this π revolution let the masses get a share of the land? For now, we simply don’t know…

The AI boom is facing its next big test: can extraordinary investment deliver extraordinary returns?
For years, Wall Street has rewarded the companies building the infrastructure behind artificial intelligence. Advanced chips, cloud platforms, data centres and AI-powered services have become central to the growth story of the US stock market. But the market is entering a more demanding phase. Investors are no longer satisfied with ambitious spending plans and promises of future innovation. They want measurable revenue growth, stronger cash generation and convincing evidence

The AI trade is entering a new phase, and spending billions is no longer enough to guarantee investor confidence. The market now wants proof that artificial intelligence can generate sustainable revenue, stronger margins, and meaningful cash flow. With Microsoft, Alphabet, and Amazon preparing to report earnings alongside a crucial Federal Reserve decision and fresh inflation data, this week could determine whether the recent pullback in US stocks becomes a buying opportunity or develops into a deeper correction.
For the past two years, AI has been one of the strongest forces driving equity valuations. Companies connected to advanced chips, cloud computing, data centres, and AI infrastructure benefited from expectations of extraordinary future demand. Investors were willing to pay premium valuations because they believed these businesses would eventually capture substantial economic value from AI adoption. That optimism has not disappeared, but the conditions for rewarding it are changing. Investors increasingly want evidence that rising expenditure is translating into measurable commercial results rather than simply expanding the scale of the AI investment cycle.
The biggest question is whether AI spending can deliver real returns.
Building AI infrastructure requires enormous upfront capital. Technology companies must invest in specialised processors, networking equipment, data centres, electricity capacity, and cooling systems before they can fully monetise the services these investments support. Revenue can grow while free cash flow weakens if capital expenditure rises faster than operating cash generation. Even a company reporting strong earnings can disappoint investors when its spending commitments increase or its expected returns take longer to materialise.
This explains why the market has become more selective. AI remains a potentially transformative technology, but the financial benefits will not necessarily arrive equally or immediately across every company. Investors are beginning to distinguish between businesses converting AI demand into recurring revenue and those still investing heavily in pursuit of future opportunities. The difference between promising technology and profitable execution is becoming increasingly important for stock valuations.
Microsoft, Alphabet, and Amazon face a critical earnings test.
Microsoft and Alphabet are scheduled to report after the US market closes on October 28, followed by Amazon on October 29. Their results will provide important insights into cloud demand, AI monetisation, capital expenditure, and the profitability of infrastructure investment.
For Microsoft, Azure growth, commercial AI adoption, operating margins, and future spending plans will be central. Strong cloud demand combined with improving returns would support the argument that AI investment is creating sustainable business value. However, if expenditure accelerates while growth or guidance disappoints, investors could question whether the company is investing too aggressively relative to its near-term returns.
Alphabet faces a similar challenge. Its established advertising business, Google Cloud, and AI development efforts must support a growing investment programme. Investors will want evidence that AI is creating commercial opportunities without undermining profitability. Strong cloud growth and credible monetisation could strengthen confidence, while rising costs without corresponding financial benefits could increase scrutiny.
Amazon adds another dimension because its results combine retail performance with AWS, its cloud computing business. AWS growth, operating profitability, infrastructure expansion, and capital expenditure will be especially important. If cloud demand remains resilient and new investments support future earnings, Amazon could reinforce confidence in the wider technology sector. If spending rises faster than expected returns, concerns about the economics of AI infrastructure could intensify.
Across all three companies, forward guidance may matter more than headline earnings surprises. Revenue growth, cloud margins, free cash flow, and capital expenditure plans will help investors determine whether AI investment is becoming more productive or simply more expensive.
The Federal Reserve and inflation could change the market's direction.
The Federal Reserve's October 27–28 meeting concludes on October 28, while the September Personal Consumption Expenditures inflation report and advance estimate of third-quarter GDP are scheduled for October 29. These events create a concentrated period of uncertainty for investors already reassessing technology valuations.
An interest-rate decision in line with expectations would not automatically produce a stock-market rally. Investors also need to evaluate the Fed's language, its assessment of inflation, and its outlook for future policy. If policymakers indicate that inflation remains persistent, expectations for lower borrowing costs could weaken. That would create additional pressure on growth stocks because higher expected interest rates reduce the present value of future earnings.
Conversely, reassuring inflation data and a measured policy outlook could help stabilise sentiment. However, strong economic growth can support corporate revenues while also complicating the inflation outlook. Weaker growth can ease interest-rate concerns but raise questions about future demand. The market will need to interpret these developments together rather than treating any single announcement as a definitive signal.
The PCE report is particularly important because inflation remains central to the Fed's decisions. Stronger-than-expected inflation could revive concerns about restrictive monetary policy, while softer data could improve confidence in the economic outlook. The GDP estimate will provide additional context about whether US economic activity remains resilient enough to support corporate earnings.
Leverage could amplify volatility if expectations disappoint.
When valuations are elevated and investor positions become crowded, even a modest earnings disappointment can trigger a disproportionately large market reaction. Companies may need to exceed not only analysts' estimates but also the optimistic expectations already reflected in their share prices.
Leverage can intensify these movements. Borrowed exposure and derivatives can increase purchasing power during rallies, but adverse price movements may force investors to reduce positions quickly. A sharp decline in major technology stocks could therefore spread into the broader market as investors reduce risk across multiple holdings.
Nevertheless, leverage statistics alone cannot predict an imminent crash. More useful signals include market breadth, trading volume, volatility, credit conditions, and whether prices recover after negative news. A controlled correction followed by renewed buying would suggest that investors are absorbing uncertainty. Persistent selling across sectors and repeated failures to recover would indicate a broader deterioration in risk appetite.
Three scenarios could shape the next market move.
In a bullish scenario, Microsoft, Alphabet, and Amazon demonstrate resilient cloud growth, improving AI monetisation, and credible returns on investment. If inflation remains manageable and the Fed avoids unexpectedly restrictive signals, technology stocks could recover as confidence improves.
In a mixed scenario, earnings remain respectable, but management teams signal elevated spending or cautious growth expectations. Conflicting economic signals could leave the market directionless, encouraging investors to favour companies with stronger cash generation and more defensible valuations.
In a bearish scenario, cloud growth disappoints, capital expenditure rises without convincing evidence of returns, and inflation increases concerns about future interest rates. If these developments coincide with weakening market breadth and forced position reductions, the Nasdaq and other growth-oriented indices could experience another significant decline. This remains a risk scenario, not a guaranteed outcome.
Investors should focus on observable evidence rather than committing to a predetermined market direction. Earnings quality, capital allocation, cloud demand, free cash flow, inflation, and management guidance will provide a stronger foundation for decisions than short-term headlines. Traders should also account for sudden price swings around earnings and economic announcements, while long-term investors should evaluate whether valuations remain justified by future business performance.
The bigger picture is that AI is not necessarily losing its long-term potential. Instead, the market is moving from rewarding investment announcements to demanding financial results. The companies that successfully convert technological innovation into durable revenue, sustainable margins, and attractive returns on capital are better positioned to maintain investor confidence.
This week's earnings and economic releases will not settle every debate, but they will provide important evidence about the relationship between AI spending, profitability, inflation, and valuations. A recovery supported by credible guidance and resilient fundamentals would be more convincing than a rebound driven purely by optimism. If expectations continue to exceed what companies can deliver, volatility could remain elevated.
The market is no longer rewarding the AI promise alone. It is demanding financial proof, and that distinction could define the next phase of the US stock market.

10.28 Intraday Strategy: Interest Rates Unchanged, Employment Weakens, Russian Oil Enters, Grid Buy-the-Dip
The market moves through technical and fundamental phases. Many people lose money because they mismatch the two: stubbornly sticking to technicals when fundamentals are in play, or fixating on indicators when fundamentals drive the market. The real turning point is hidden in the transition between them. A quiet shift in fundamentals or indicators that stop rising often first appears as a wick—that is the signal.
The real turning point happens at the moment technicals and fundamentals swi
Today's Market Analysis: The Broader Market Remains Choppy; Patiently Await a Directional Break
On the daily chart, the cryptocurrency market remains range-bound, with limited overall volatility and no clear directional breakout in the short term. For today's futures trading, I still recommend focusing on intraday trades or range swings, managing position sizes carefully, and patiently waiting for the market to choose a direction.

Looking at the $QUBIC chart, I’ve noticed that every price rebound occurs with near-perfect precision. Could it be that an AI or a trading bot is driving the price of Qubic? Typically, crypto charts aren't this precise—there’s usually some overlap within supply-demand or support-resistance zones. I could be wrong, but if this is the case, it would imply that Qubic’s price path has been predetermined from the start, and it is destined to reach a specific target.$QUBIC ‌

Is AI money back? Behind ARM's surge, smart money may be betting again!
ARM jumped more than 6%, and AI chip stocks took off with it. The market is once again asking that familiar question: Is money preparing to embrace AI again?
Don't rush to hand institutions a seer award. A rising share price may reflect new buying, short covering, position adjustments, or simply investors thinking they sold too hard over the past few days and deciding to come back for a bargain.
Three signals are really worth watching.
First, whether the rebound can last. If ARM stays strong for several consecutive trading

US Earnings Season: The Hidden Numbers That Could Decide the Next Market Move
Why Investors Must Look Beyond Revenue Growth and Record Profits
During US earnings season, impressive headlines can quickly attract market attention. Companies announce higher sales, stronger earnings, and ambitious artificial intelligence plans, creating excitement among investors. However, I believe the most important information often lies beneath the headline figures.
A company can beat earnings expectations and still see its stock decline. Another business can report weaker qua

I used to lurk in those signal groups too: 500 messages in one night, and after digging through them, fewer than 5 signals were actually worth looking at. My eyes were more dazzled than a candlestick chart 😤 Later I learned better—an information edge is a profit edge. Rather than fishing for a needle in a sea of messages, it’s better to build your own “signal control center.”
The logic is simple: deduplicate and group by asset. For example, put $BTC ’s 8 calls together, so you can see the long and short positions at a glance—who’s going all-in and who’s calling for a short, without guessing f

Multiple traders believe ETH’s repeated swings around $2,300 are bearish. Buyers have repeatedly failed to hold the $2,360 support; if the decline continues, the next target range is $2,200–$2,120. The on-chain NUPL indicator is nearing the zero line, while ETH outflows from exchanges are increasing—signals interpreted as weakening momentum.
