İ know so many people are worried about ethereum:0x7420b4b9a0110cdc71fb720908340c03f9bc03ec and probaby feel that $0.004 shoold not be lost as a support.
i think this is just a psychological level and a break below this level produces a signature bottoming spring in Wyckoff accumulations.
The recovery takes place quite fast too.

this is usually a bullish pattern when it breaks out. we have no breakout yet but we are looking similar to what it was like at the bottom of the last bear market.
