Still awake thinking about what I’m going to post today. I’ve drafted a few things, but I’m not completely satisfied with any of them.
At the same time, this trading month has been showing me premium shege. 😂 I’m just hoping things pick up soon. One good week and everything can change.

Nobody talks about how weird trading can be.
You can have a profitable month and still doubt yourself.
You can have a losing week and still be improving.

It’s one of the few professions where progress and results don’t always arrive at the same time.

It forces you to become comfortable with uncertainty.

Trading gave me financial goals.
But it also stole a lot from me.
It stole weekends.
It stole sleep.
It stole peace during losing streaks.
It stole the version of me that thought success would come quickly.
But it also gave me patience.
It gave me discipline.
It gave me friends I would’ve never met.
It gave me a completely different perspective on money and life.
If I’m being honest, I think trading gave me more than it took.
It just took me a few years to realize it.

Was craving jollof rice this afternoon and needed something before heading to the gym, so I ordered jollof rice, chicken, plantain, salad, and a little fried rice.
Food finally arrived and someone had clearly helped themselves to my meal before delivery. 😂
The annoying part? The food was actually nice.
I’ve left a review on the app because this is beyond unprofessional it’s a hygiene issue. Imagine paying for food only for the rider to do a quality assurance test on the way.
2026 and we’re still fighting food thieves.

Trading taught me something I wasn’t expecting.
You can love something and still hate parts of it.
I love the opportunities.
I hate the uncertainty.
I love the freedom.
I hate the emotional swings.
I love the journey.
I hate how long it sometimes takes.
But I guess that’s life too.
Nothing worthwhile comes without a price.
