It has been three months since I graduated from a private school in SG. Looking back on my experiences of hitting walls in Web3 over the past three months, the impression I give employers in the eyes of HR➕ and interviewers is consistently: “This person isn’t short of job opportunities, has too many options, is unstable, and will leave after working for a while.” Even after interviewing twice with different departments at the same company, it has made me reflect on why every interview somehow turns into a coffee chat😅.
