Today I cracked the optimal design for one problem: 814 computing power, producing 5bem per day. Based on my tapeout cost of 0.002b, it only takes 12 hours to break even. At the market price of 0.009b, it only takes 2.3 days to break even. The competition is heating up.

A few days ago:
Behemoth NAND: 0.015b bought 100
Tapeout NAND: 0.002b bought 3,000
Yesterday, I used 100 Behemoths to build two circuits: currently producing 8 BEM per day (it showed 10 yesterday; total hashpower has increased, so output keeps declining).
