CPI Countdown: Interest Rates Take Center Stage, ZEC Catches Eyes Against the Trend
At 23:42 Beijing time on November 8. The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield is around 4.87%, and the dollar is firm. Ahead of U.S. CPI at 21:30 on November 10, risk assets look more like they’re in a weak recovery; don’t mistake a rebound for a reversal. AI trading is also facing scrutiny over financing costs and valuations, while gold continues to take its cues from real interest rates.
BTC 76,058: +0.34% over 24 hours, but still under pressure on the four-hour chart. A sustained hold above 76,420 would signal a stronger recovery. Support: 75,800, 74,888; resistance: 76,250, 76,420.
ETH 2,241.2: moving sideways in the short term and slightly stronger than most altcoins. Until it breaks 2,254, continue to view it as range-bound. Support: 2,223, 2,206; resistance: 2,254, 2,280.
SOL 89.74: still weak over seven days. Oversold doesn’t mean a bottom is in; reclaiming 90.72 would open up room for a recovery. Support: 88.73, 88.30; resistance: 90.15, 90.72.
ZEC 1,273.6: +1.35% over 24 hours. The upgrade catalyst remains in play, but high volatility and long-position closures are both present, so don’t chase the price. Support: 1,237, 1,213; resistance: 1,290, 1,330.
Gold at 4,074.9 and the Nasdaq at 24,579.4 are both November 6 closes: gold remains under pressure in the medium term, while the Nasdaq is rebounding after a decline. Gold support: 4,037, 3,928; resistance: 4,116, 4,156. Nasdaq support: 24,508, 24,262; resistance: 24,826, 25,146.
For now, we’re watching just two things: whether CPI can cool interest rates, and whether ZEC can hold above 1,290 on increased volume. Until key levels are breached, patience matters more than acting hastily. #SOXL $SOXL
