When Global Stock Markets Sneeze, Does Crypto Go Straight to the ICU? Bitcoin Is Feeling It This Time!
People used to say that Bitcoin was an alternative asset independent of traditional financial markets. But recent market moves seem to be reminding everyone: when global risk assets cool off together, Crypto can hardly escape the fallout.
BTC is down about 4% in the past 24 hours, ETH is down about 5.5%, and major coins like SOL and XRP are also weakening. This shows that risk appetite is declining, and when faced with uncertainty, investors would rather reduce their exposure to highly volatile assets.
But Crypto has its own problems too. Futures leverage, liquidity depth, stablecoin flows, and the strength of spot buying can all make the market fall faster and harder than traditional assets.
So this downturn may not have a single cause, but rather reflect macro pressure compounding internal leverage.
My choice is to wait and see, keeping a close eye on global market sentiment, key BTC support levels, and fund flows. After all, when the market falls, dip-buying heroes are everywhere; what’s truly rare are people who still have cash on hand.
Do you think BTC can still make an independent move?#Gate股票畅聊季
