#ETH ETH is currently trading at 2230, and its overall trend is closely tracking BTC’s weakness. Since retreating from its previous high of 2420, it has broken below its prior consolidation range. Bears have the upper hand in the short term, and without independent positive catalysts, ETH is unlikely to decouple and rally. It is also more volatile than BTC, so its declines are likely to be more pronounced. The first resistance above is around 2300. This level was tested multiple times as support before breaking down, and has now turned into a strong resistance zone. To reverse the current weakness, ETH must rebound and hold above this level, with BTC also stabilizing and strengthening. Otherwise, any rebound will most likely be a brief technical recovery that quickly comes under renewed selling pressure. The first key support below is 2190, a recent low. If this level is decisively broken, downside room will open up further, with the next target around 2120. From a flows perspective, outflows from spot ETH ETFs have yet to ease significantly. Long leveraged positions in the futures market continue to be liquidated, buying support remains weak, and bullish confidence is lacking. Selling tends to emerge with every modest rebound. Indicators have entered a weak range, and there are no clear signs of a bottom for now. Until BTC stabilizes and reverses, ETH is unlikely to strengthen on its own. Aggressive dip-buying is also inadvisable. It is better to wait for a signal: either consider following the trend after ETH holds above 2300 and BTC recovers in tandem, or wait for selling pressure to be fully absorbed after a retest of support and look for a bullish divergence before positioning. In highly volatile markets, holding large positions through losses or buying against the trend carries significant risk, so be sure to manage position sizes and stop-losses strictly.

No mention of perpetual futures funding rates; if negative rates persist, hedging positions will push the rebound back down

The ETH position in the interaction plan should be reduced, then added back once there’s a clear signal

In this market, they don’t even dare to give out big red envelopes, for fear you’ll use them to open long positions

If 2,300 holds, I’ll enter with a small position; I’ll keep my larger position in lending to earn interest

Last night I waited until midnight for Gwei to come down, but my limit order missed by two bucks and didn’t fill. Now I’m even less inclined to do anything
