Oracle Could Lead the Next AI Applications Rally
The US technology market is facing heavy selling pressure, but I believe the AI revolution is far from over. Instead, investors are changing their priorities. Previously, the focus was on AI chips, servers, and data centers. Now investors want to see real revenue, sustainable profits, and measurable returns from AI investments.

My main focus is Oracle (ORCL) because its cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and database technology could position it strongly in the next stage of AI adoption.
1. Gate Square Campaign: What Is Changing?
:Could AI applications lead the next market recovery after the US technology sell-off?

Here are the major companies attracting attention:
Google: AI search and advertising revenue.
Microsoft: Azure cloud and AI monetization.
Amazon: AWS and enterprise AI services.
Meta: AI-powered advertising.
Palantir: Enterprise AI and data analytics.
Oracle: Cloud infrastructure, databases, and enterprise AI applications.
My opinion is that the market is moving toward companies that can demonstrate actual financial benefits from AI rather than simply announcing bigger infrastructure budgets.
Gate's AI Applications Trading Event also offers eligible traders opportunities for rewards, including up to 1,888 USDT in Google stock trial funds. Always check the campaign conditions.

2. US Tech Sell-Off: Latest Market Figures
November 5, 2026, was a difficult session for US technology stocks.
Latest reported closing data:
S&P 500: 7,353.73, down 4.4%.
Nasdaq: 24,315, down 5.5%.
Dow Jones: 51,523.06, down approximately 3.4%.
Russell 2000: 2,729.89, down 4.4%.
Nvidia: approximately -9.3%.
AMD: approximately -17.3%.
Investors are concerned about expensive valuations, enormous AI infrastructure spending, financing costs, and uncertain future returns.
I do not believe this means AI demand is disappearing. It means investors are becoming more selective.

3. Why Oracle Is My Main AI Stock
Oracle has three important growth opportunities.
Cloud Infrastructure: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) provides computing, storage, networking, and services required by businesses and AI developers. Increasing cloud demand could support recurring revenue growth.
Enterprise Applications: Oracle Fusion and NetSuite help businesses manage finance, human resources, supply chains, and operations. AI integration could improve productivity and increase customer value.
Database Technology: AI depends on secure, organized, and reliable data. Oracle's established database business gives it an opportunity to benefit as enterprises modernize their technology systems.
I particularly like Oracle's existing enterprise relationships. Businesses need dependable technology platforms, not just powerful AI chips.

4. Oracle Latest Price, Volume and Liquidity
Latest verified regular-session figures for November 5:
ORCL closing price: $115.16.
Previous close: $123.73.
Daily loss: $8.57.
Daily change: -6.93%.
Opening price: $123.00.
Intraday high: $124.24.
Intraday low: $111.66.
Trading volume: approximately 56.5 million shares.
20-session average volume: approximately 40.47 million shares.
Relative volume: approximately 1.4x.
Estimated trading value: $4.66 billion.
Estimated market capitalization: $350–359 billion.
Trading volume was approximately 40% above its recent average, indicating increased market participation during the decline.
Oracle was also approximately 54% below its 52-week high of $250.25.
However, a lower share price does not automatically mean undervaluation. Cash flow, debt, earnings, and capital expenditure remain important.

5. Why Oracle Could Recover
I see several reasons to keep Oracle on my watchlist:
Growing demand for cloud computing.
Enterprise customers adopting AI-powered applications.
Database technology supporting modern AI systems.
Opportunities for recurring cloud and software revenue.
Existing business relationships that can support long-term customer retention.
Competition from Microsoft, Amazon, and Google remains a major challenge. Oracle must prove that its infrastructure investments generate sustainable profits.

6. My Oracle Trading Strategy
I would avoid rushing into a position during extreme volatility.
Support levels:
$111.66: Latest session low.
$110: Psychological support.
$105: Deeper support.
$100: Major psychological level.
Resistance levels:
$119–$120: Initial recovery zone.
$123–$124.25: Important resistance.
$126–$130: Next recovery area.
$139–$145: Higher resistance region.
Long Strategy:
I would watch $111.66–$115 for stabilization. If Oracle forms a higher low and reclaims $119–$120 with stronger volume, a small long position could become attractive.
A sustained move above $123–$124.25 would provide stronger confirmation. My next upside monitoring levels would be $126–$130.
Short Strategy:
If $111.66 breaks with strong selling volume and the price fails to recover, I would monitor $110 and $105 for possible downside continuation.
I would wait for confirmation rather than opening a short position blindly.
Risk Management: Use controlled position sizes, avoid excessive leverage, and define a stop-loss before entering. Capital protection is essential.

7. Indicators I Am Monitoring
RSI: Recovery above 50 could indicate improving momentum.
MACD: A bullish crossover could support a recovery.
Volume: Strong buying volume would improve confidence in a rebound.
Moving averages: The 20-day and 50-day averages will help identify trend improvement.
Liquidity: Order-book depth and bid-ask spreads matter during volatile trading.
Fundamentals: Cloud revenue, cash flow, debt, and capital expenditure remain essential.
8. Which AI stock am I bullish on and why?
Oracle is my preferred choice. Its cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and database technology provide several opportunities to benefit from AI adoption. Its established enterprise customer base is an important advantage.

Which stock presents risk or uncertainty?
I am cautious about AI infrastructure companies with enormous capital expenditure and uncertain investment returns. Oracle also faces competition, financing pressure, and profitability challenges.

What is my trading strategy?
I prefer waiting for price confirmation. I am watching $111.66 as an important support reference and $119–$124.25 as the first recovery region. Volume, RSI, MACD, and overall market sentiment will guide my decisions.

9. My Final Market Outlook
I believe AI is entering a more selective investment phase. The next winners may be companies that turn AI technology into recurring revenue, better productivity, and sustainable profits.
Oracle deserves serious attention because it connects cloud computing, enterprise applications, and database technology.
My long-term view of Oracle's business opportunity is constructive, but my short-term trading approach remains cautious until buyers regain control.
My message to traders is simple: Do not chase falling prices. Study fundamentals, respect support and resistance, manage risk, and wait for confirmation.

The next AI rally could reward companies that deliver real results rather than simply promising an exciting future.
