#USMidterms2026
Following the U.S. midterm elections, a robust market strategy should focus not merely on political headlines, but rather on earnings growth, artificial intelligence infrastructure, semiconductor demand, and risk management.

My approach would be cautiously bullish: participate in the recovery, but avoid chasing prices after sharp rallies. The next sustainable market move must be underpinned by corporate earnings, forward-looking guidance, and improving fundamental indicators.

My Next Market Move: A Focus on AI, Semiconductors, and Earnings Growth

While the results of the U.S. midterm elections have removed a significant source of political uncertainty, I believe the next major market direction will be dictated by corporate earnings, interest rate expectations, and the ability of companies to translate technological innovation into sustainable profits.

My outlook is cautiously optimistic, with three sectors standing out:

1. Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing

Artificial intelligence remains one of the most compelling long-term growth opportunities. I am particularly interested in Microsoft (MSFT), Alphabet (GOOGL), and Amazon (AMZN). Their cloud ecosystems, financial strength, and expanding AI capabilities could present attractive opportunities—provided that earnings continue to support current valuations.

2. The Semiconductor Industry

Companies such as NVIDIA (NVDA), AMD (AMD), and TSMC (TSM) remain key players in the expansion of global AI infrastructure. However, rather than chasing sudden spikes, I would prefer to buy during technical pullbacks. Revenue growth, margins, and forward-looking expectations will serve as key confirmation signals.

3. Electric Vehicles and Clean Energy

I see potential in this sector, especially as energy demand rises and technological innovation accelerates. However, I will remain selective, paying close attention to profitability, competition, and government policies.

My Trading Strategy

I would not deploy all of my capital at once during this recovery phase.

My approach would be as follows:

* Allocate a portion of capital to fundamentally strong companies.

* Keep additional cash on hand for potential market corrections.

* Gradually increase positions once earnings and technical indicators confirm the trend.

* Monitor inflation, Treasury yields, Federal Reserve decisions, and corporate guidance.

* Set clear stop-loss levels and avoid excessive leverage.

Final Thoughts

I believe that AI infrastructure and cloud computing hold the greatest potential to lead the next growth cycle, while semiconductor companies may offer attractive opportunities at reasonable valuations.

The election may have shifted short-term market sentiment, but earnings will dictate the long-term direction.

My strategy is simple: buy quality stocks, accumulate selectively, manage risk, and let fundamental indicators confirm the trend.

The greatest opportunities typically arise when market optimism is backed not just by headlines, but by genuine business growth. Market context: On November 4, the S&P 500 rose by approximately 1.58%, while the Nasdaq climbed 1.44%. Interestingly, despite the broad-based rally, semiconductor and data center stocks remained under pressure.

This makes a selective recovery strategy more compelling than the assumption that all technology stocks will rise in tandem.

Pi asked me for KYC 4 times. Failed 2 times because of bad lighting. I almost threw my phone. Third time I used daylight near window and passed. What was your KYC nightmare? How many tries?
