The market’s biggest concern this time isn’t how much prices have fallen, but not knowing what the next piece of news will change.
Results from the US midterm elections are still coming in, control of Congress has yet to be fully determined, and fiscal stimulus, tech regulation, and crypto policy are all in focus.
How much longer will policy uncertainty last? It’s hard to give an exact date. The end of vote counting is only the first step; subsequent legislation, budget negotiations, and regulatory enforcement could still take considerable time.
Investors may want to focus on four things:
First, whether the election results are officially confirmed; second, policy coordination between the two chambers of Congress; third, interest rate expectations for the Federal Reserve and US dollar liquidity; and fourth, Bitcoin spot ETF flows and price structure.
If these factors gradually improve, the market may gain more stable support.
If prices rebound but funds don’t follow, be wary of renewed pressure after the rebound.
Investing isn’t a guessing game; there’s no need to guess every day what policymakers will do next.
Real optimism means accepting that you can’t predict everything, while still managing risk through position sizing and discipline.$NVDA
