AI has already accounted for nearly 70% of global tech layoffs, and close to 40% in India. Those numbers are pretty chilling. People used to say machines would replace workers gradually, but now it’s happening all at once—and coders themselves are getting optimized out. The buy-low, sell-high strategy applies to the job market too: you need to rotate your skills ahead of time, not chase the trend after it’s passed. What about you?

The 70% figure is terrifying when you think about it—not gradual replacement, but a cliff-like drop
