Liquidity during the European session is too thin, and market activity is sluggish.
We still have to wait until each session starts to make a decision.
Even though we’ve held the position for too long, we’re still at a point of equilibrium, and nothing has gone wrong.
I hope you guys will carefully read every post I share; they all contain useful references.
In the chart, our long position’s stop-loss is at 3888, and our DR is at 2894.
I said I would base my stop-loss on the closing price, whether it’s 15M, 30M, or 1H.
If the closing price is below 3894, I’ll close out the position and stop out at a recent high.
Also, I hope you’ll take another look at my pinned post about what it means to stubbornly hold a losing position versus simply holding. Holding a position with a plan is a position; holding without a plan is stubbornly sitting in a losing trade.
We must have a basis for our entries and exits. That’s how we respect our capital.
If, with gold’s intraday swings of 50/150, we haven’t even reached the stop-loss level and you think a pullback alone is a mistake, I can’t understand you guys.
My longtime followers know how I think and how I explain things through charts and text. I hope you can understand my charts.
If you can’t understand the charts, feel free to discuss them in the comments 🤝
Next, I’ll wait for the U.S. stock market session to look for the next trading opportunity. With ample liquidity, I don’t like price hovering around my entry cost.
Also, those of you holding long positions can refer to:
