With the same 1000U, some people are rushing into $XPL now, while others are stubbornly waiting for a rebound—the outcomes couldn’t be more different.

I’m going head-to-head with analysts on Gate Square. Let the data speak. $XPL is currently at 0.0731, down 9.59% in 24 hours, after plunging from 0.0862 to 0.0690, with a trading volume of 148.1M. Bulls versus bears—let’s break it down point by point.
1. Price structure: bears are in control. The current price is just above the 24-hour low of 0.0690, while 0.0862 was where today’s sell-off began. The rebound has no volume behind it, suggesting retail investors—not major players—are buying. If 0.0690 breaks, the next level to watch is 0.0620–0.0650.
2. Drop and volume: a 9.59% decline paired with 148M in trading volume is a high-volume sell-off. This isn’t a shakeout; someone is genuinely offloading. For the bulls to turn things around, we need to see the decline stabilize on lower volume, followed by a bullish candle on higher volume. There’s no sign of that yet.
3. On-chain logic: 148M in trading volume at a price of 0.073 means extremely heavy turnover. A decline on high turnover suggests tokens are moving from weak hands to even weaker hands. Don’t treat “oversold” as an article of faith—an asset can always get even more oversold.
My choice: bearish, but I won’t chase the short; I’ll wait for a rebound. Entry: if a rebound to 0.078–0.080 meets resistance, short; stop-loss at 0.084 (above today’s high); first take-profit at 0.0690, second at 0.0640; position size no more than 20%. If it breaks below 0.0690 directly on high volume, don’t chase it; wait for a retest of 0.071–0.072 before considering an entry.
If you lose money on this trade with your 1000U, that’s tuition—but make sure it’s worth paying. A stop-loss is a hard rule, not a suggestion.
Follow me, and I’ll get positioned early ahead of the next face-off. Don’t blame me if you pick the wrong side. #每周来晒

Anyone still willing to buy the dip after a 148M high-volume drop is a real warrior. I’m too chicken; I’ll wait for volume to dry up and the price to stabilize

I can't stick to the discipline of waiting for a bounce instead of chasing shorts. I often get itchy fingers, enter too early, and get trapped

High on-chain turnover from weak hands to weaker hands—that description hits too close to home. I'm the weaker one

You come here to brag every week, huh? If XPL really drops to 0.0640 next week, I’ll come back and kowtow to you

Calling 1,000U tuition is fair, but the problem is that many people still don't learn their lesson even after paying it

That 0.084 stop-loss setting is pretty savvy—it’s just above today’s high. Learned something
