$AVAX At 8.819 now, my long is up 3.2%, but my hand is already on the stop-loss button.
First, my position: I went long around 8.55 this morning, with a 30% position, currently up about 3.2%. It's up 4.6% over 24h, hit a high of 9.047 but couldn't hold, and trading volume is 94.7M—by AVAX standards, that's only lukewarm, not the kind of explosive volume that comes with a flood of capital. I'll be blunt about market sentiment: bulls are testing the waters, but nobody dares put real money behind a push higher. There's plenty of profit-taking between 8.8 and 9.0, so a pullback after a spike is quite likely.
Here's my complete plan, spelled out—don't say I didn't warn you: Entry—add in batches on a pullback to 8.60–8.65; don't chase, and don't touch it above 9.0. Stop-loss—8.38, just below today's 24h low of 8.396. If it breaks, the bullish thesis is invalidated, and I'm out unconditionally. Take-profit—first target 9.05 (sell half near today's high), second target 9.40; use a trailing stop for the rest. Position size—no more than 30% total, with each add no more than 10%, and keep plenty of cash in reserve.
Two scenarios: One, if it can break above 9.05 on strong volume during the European session or before the US session, that's a real breakout. I'll add and increase my position to 40%, targeting 9.4; money will follow the trend. Two, if it repeatedly fails to break above 8.8 and volume dries up, I'll close half around 8.75 to lock in profits, then wait to buy back on a pullback to 8.6. No holding and hoping, ever.
I've been trading AVAX for over two years. This coin's temperament is to spike fast and drop just as fast, so don't use “playing the long game” as an excuse. The regulars in the group know I never make empty promises; when a level hits, I act. If you want to keep up, watch my daily pre-market updates.
I'll post the results in the comments. #每周来晒
