#美联储继续按兵不动

That BTC wick this morning really stung. It plunged straight through the 80k mark, hitting a low of 79,710, wiping out the gains it had finally clawed back over the past two days.
On the surface, the Fed “stood pat” last night, but the vote was 10-2, with Cook and Hammack directly opposing the decision and insisting rates should be raised by another 25bp. In other words, no rate hike ≠ a dovish turn; it was a pause amid a split within the hawkish camp.
That signal of deep internal disagreement reignited expectations of further rate hikes, and BTC’s already shaky market took a direct hit, accelerating its decline. Selling pressure on altcoins ramped up in tandem.

The Fed not spelling things out only made the market more nervous—the odds of another hike in December have already surged to around 80%.
In this environment, the crypto market can’t afford to fight back. BTC is holding up relatively well, while high-beta assets like ETH and SOL are looking uglier. Altcoin liquidity is already thin, so they’re the first to get drained whenever anything spooks the market. The bids around 80k on the order book look thick, but when macro sentiment turns sour, they’re just a sheet of paper.
Better not try to catch the bottom. Rates are staying high, divisions within the Fed are widening, and geopolitical tensions haven’t eased. Big players have every reason to drive the price down for another wick and flush out leverage. If you’re heavy on altcoins, trim some on the bounce; just hold onto your BTC. If you’re out of the market, don’t rush—keep your U in your pocket and wait until 80k has been tested repeatedly before deciding.
In short, this is “garbage time.” Staying alive matters more than making a quick buck. $BTC

The 80k level really is fragile; one macro-driven selloff and it breaks

You really can't stubbornly hold on to altcoins; when liquidity is poor, you can't even get out

Cook and Hammack voting against is interesting; even the hawks are divided internally. How can the market not panic?
