When I saw Gate rank in the Top 2 for 24-hour net inflows, my first thought was: Wow, the money’s rushing in to clock in—it doesn’t even need an alarm! 😂
But after trading for a while, you learn that fund inflows are worth watching, but they’re definitely no reason to jump in blindly. A high net-inflow ranking shows that market participants are expressing interest with real money. Whether that leads to a trend depends on trading volume, price action, and overall market sentiment.
If funds keep flowing in and prices also climb steadily, the market may be building momentum; if the money comes in but the price doesn’t budge, keep your guard up—don’t mistake the buzz for a guarantee of gains.
My approach is simple: track the hot topics, but put the brakes on impulsive moves. Research first, then make a judgment; manage risk first, then think about returns.
The market has a new story every day, but you only have one account. Don’t rush to be the first to try something—make sure it won’t bite you first! Stay calm and do your homework; that’s the right way to trade for the long term. $GT
