ETH longs entered at 2300 yesterday, with the lowest wick at 2296—an accurate entry. T1 was also hit smoothly, securing a 50-point gain. With the stop-loss at breakeven, the target is T2; if you don’t want to risk giving back profits, you can also exit at market price.
Looking at the chart, ETH formed a W-shaped multiple bottom at 2300. Based on a 1:1 proportional rebound from the head to the neckline, ETH may face resistance around 2400.
However, 2404 is exactly where this market pullback began. Longs caught in positions and spot ETH held for options settlement may also be sold here, while short sellers may enter here as well.
Set up a short on the left side at 2404, with 2459 as the stop and targets near 2349 and 2309.
