Current Market Overview
BTC is currently trading in the $80,800–$81,100 range, up approximately 0.2–0.4% over 24 hours. After Wednesday's open, the price rebounded from near yesterday's $79,500 level and is now testing above the $81,000 mark, but remains near most short- and medium-term moving averages.
After a sustained pullback from around $84,500, the short-term structure remains weak, though some stabilization has emerged near yesterday's low. BTC has a strong correlation with ETH/SOL, and market sentiment is cautious. Expectations related to the Federal Reserve meeting continue to affect risk appetite, while funding rates remain low.
Key Technical Levels (Primarily Futures/Perpetuals)
Support:
• Near-term support: $80,200–$80,500
• Stronger support: $79,500–$80,000
• Important support: $78,800–$79,200
• Deeper support: around $78,000–$78,500
Resistance:
• Near-term resistance: $81,200–$81,600
• Key resistance: $81,800–$82,200
• Higher resistance: $82,500–$83,000, followed by around $83,500
RSI is in neutral-to-weak territory (around 40–45). After pulling back from its highs, the daily chart remains in a downtrend. A decisive break below $79,500 would open up further downside; reclaiming $81,800–$82,200 could ease the pressure.
Overall outlook: Neutral to bearish/cautious in the short term, with price ranging between $79,500 and $81,500. On Wednesday, watch whether it can hold firmly above $81,000. The $79,500–$80,000 zone is the key defense level; a break below it could accelerate the decline.
Futures Trading Strategy Recommendations
Primary strategy: Bearish bias; short rebounds or wait for support confirmation
• Rebound short-entry zone: $81,200–$82,000 (or around $82,200)
• Stop-loss: above $82,800–$83,200 once the price holds there
• Targets: First $80,200–$79,800, then $79,500–$79,000 if it breaks lower
• Consider a small short position and use strict stop-losses.
Cautious buying on dips:
• If clear signs of a bottom (such as a long lower wick or a high-volume rebound) appear near $79,500–$80,000, consider a small long position.
• Target: First $80,800–$81,200.
• Invalidation: A decisive break below $78,800.
Breakdown short:
• If the price decisively breaks below $79,500 and closes there, consider following through with a short.
• Target: $78,800–$78,200.
• Invalidation: Reclaiming above $80,800.
Risk Management:
• Keep leverage within 5–10x.
• Risk no more than 1% of the account on any single trade.
• Monitor correlation with ETH/SOL, funding rates, open interest, and macro data (expectations around the Federal Reserve meeting).
• $78,800–$80,000 is a key defense zone; a break below it warrants reassessing the medium-term structure.
• Volatility may persist on Wednesday; beware of false breakouts and keep position sizes small.
Summary: BTC is ranging around $80,800–$81,100 on Wednesday. After rebounding from its low, it is testing the $81,000 mark, while the short-term structure remains weak. Prioritize rebound short opportunities around $81,200–$82,000; a confirmed shift to strength requires reclaiming above $82,000, or even $82,500. Maintain a bearish bias with strict stop-losses and controlled position sizes.#美联储利率决议倒计时 $BTC
The bottom has not fully formed yet. There’s a meeting in the early hours tonight, and with this pattern, it’s hard to tell whether it will be bullish or bearish. Even if it’s bearish, I think it will only be bearish in the short term. The daily chart is almost at the bottom; once the bottom forms, it should start moving up. So I don’t think there will be a very deep drop here; the downside is probably around 76-78 at most
