$MU Up 4.5%, but the shorts still haven't lost—the real danger in this move isn't the bulls.

MU is up 4.5%. The bulls are making money, but the shorts haven't lost much either. This market action is pretty interesting.

The strangest thing about MU right now isn't how much it's risen, but that neither side has been decisively squeezed. The bulls' average entry is 888, and at the current price of 914, they're in profit; the shorts' average entry is 919, and the price hasn't reached their breakeven point yet, so their overall pressure hasn't really been released either. But above that, there's another large short liquidation zone at 926–933.

So right now, I'm not in a hurry to guess whether the big players are going to squeeze shorts or dump the price.

924.89 is the short-term line between strength and weakness. Only if the price breaks through on strong volume and holds above it could short pressure start turning into upward momentum; on the other hand, a break below 888 would mean the bulls' cost zone has truly been breached.

Around 914, the easiest mistake to make is chasing longs just because it's up 4.5%, or chasing shorts because it pulled back after rising.

I'd rather wait for it to choose a direction.

Which side are you on this time? Bulls waiting for a breakout, or bears waiting for 888 to give way?

If 888 doesn’t hold, longs will directly become fuel—sit back and watch the show

Gate's gold CFD 7X23 has something going for it, but with MU, I'm more concerned about whether 924.89 can hold

This analysis is way too level-headed; those who chased longs at 914 are indeed likely to get left holding the bag
