#Anthropic申请赴美IPO #每周来晒 Bottom line: The market will not rank growth potential, AI commercialization prospects, and profitability in isolation—AI commercialization prospects are the underlying prerequisite, growth potential is the core benchmark, and profitability is a short-term safety check.

Latest IPO-related developments

• Secretly filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. SEC

• Plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker $ANT

• Valuation range of approximately $850-900 billion

• Plans to raise up to $50 billion

• Could post its first quarterly profit in Q2 2026

• Has already surpassed OpenAI in market share

How the three priorities break down

First priority: AI commercialization prospects (approximately 50% weighting)
Public markets first need to confirm that the large language model sector is not a bubble built on hype. Anthropic’s annualized revenue is already approaching $40 billion, and it has surpassed OpenAI in market share—proof in itself that commercialization is working. Without this, growth and profitability are out of the question.

Second priority: Growth potential (approximately 35% weighting)
The market already assumes it can achieve quarterly profitability in the near term, so what matters more is whether the tens of billions of dollars in computing resources raised can lift revenue from the $40 billion range to the $100 billion range. This is key to supporting a valuation above $1 trillion and the main source of the premium it commands over other AI companies.

Third priority: Profitability (approximately 15% weighting)
At this stage, no one expects it to make big profits immediately. As long as it can show that every dollar invested in computing power can generate more than a dollar in revenue, that is enough to allay market concerns. Profitability is more of a short-term safety check than the core basis for valuation.

In short, commercialization prospects determine whether it “deserves” to go public, growth potential determines “how much it is worth,” and profitability determines whether the market “dares to buy in.” The three underpin one another, but growth remains the reason the market is truly willing to pay a high valuation.
