October 27 analysis: Bitcoin and Ethereum daily candles continue to close bearish, and the daily EMA continues to trend downward. Bitcoin's 79,500 support is very strong; if it holds in the short term, it will likely bounce to around 81,500. However, the downtrend remains in effect, so the main strategy is to short rallies. In a downtrend, don't go long; wait for a rebound to short. $BTC $ETH

🔥Trump has finally done the math: for the crypto market to move higher, Fed liquidity alone isn’t enough—the “rats” in the house have to be cleared out first. 🧹
At the UN Convention against Drugs conference on October 20, a U.S. representative made it clear: over the past 10 months, U.S. agencies have restricted and seized $938 million in cryptocurrency across Southeast Asia, shut down 503 fake websites, and issued real-time warnings to nearly 9,000 potential victims. The strategy was laid out in Executive Order No. 14390, signed on March 6, which classified cross-border fraud and crypto scams as national security issues, directing the Justice Department to prioritize prosecutions, the Treasury Department to sanction money-laundering channels, and the State Department to apply pressure through visa restrictions.
The brutal part of this approach isn’t just that a few people have been arrested. In April, the Justice Department’s “Scam Center Strike Force” froze $701 million and shut down 503 fake investment websites. Earlier, in the Cambodia-based Prince Group case, forfeiture proceedings were initiated against 127,000 BTC, worth about $15 billion at the time—the largest single seizure in Justice Department history. The numbers speak for themselves: the profits from scams are being systematically drained away.
