Don’t rush to buy the dip during ETH’s pullback! What’s truly dangerous isn’t the drop, but this signal
ETH’s recent performance has left many investors torn: After such a big drop, is this an opportunity? If I wait longer, will I miss the rebound? I understand that feeling. After all, one of the most painful things in crypto is buying just before it keeps falling, or finally selling just before it shoots back up.
But from a trading perspective, a falling price doesn’t mean it’s cheap, and a big enough drop doesn’t mean the risk has fully played out.
To judge whether ETH is showing signs of stabilizing, I focus on three signals.
First, can the price hold key support? If buyers step in every time the price pulls back, the market may be forming a short-term bottom. If support keeps giving way, further downside can’t be ruled out.
Second, is trading volume confirming the move? A decline on lower volume can sometimes mean selling pressure is easing, but it may also just mean both buyers and sellers are sitting on the sidelines. What’s really worth watching is whether trading volume picks up when the price rebounds.
Third, are fund flows improving? If money keeps flowing out, even a brief rebound could be followed by more selling pressure.
So don’t assume you’ve found a bargain just because ETH is discounted. Crypto doesn’t offer a seven-day no-questions-asked return policy, and there’s no rule that a bigger drop means a better deal.
It takes courage to buy the dip, but it’s best to bring evidence, too. Waiting for the trend, volume, and fund-flow signals to gradually align, then considering whether the risk-reward is worthwhile, is often more rational than blindly guessing the bottom.$AAPL #ETH回调后能否企稳
