Is an ETH rebound possible? Don’t just watch the charts—the attitude of capital may be more honest!
After ETH’s pullback, the market wants to know just one thing: when will it stand back up? Some watch the charts for reversal patterns, others study trading volume, and still others check fund flows every day, wishing they could install a lie detector in the market.
So how should we read these three indicators?
My view is that price shows where the market has gone, trading volume helps determine whether a rebound has momentum, and fund flows can offer additional clues about sentiment. Taken together, they’re more useful than looking at any one indicator alone.
Suppose ETH falls near key support and stops declining significantly. If trading volume expands along with a rebound, while related fund-flow indicators improve, then the possibility of bulls regaining strength is worth watching.
But if price has just rebounded while trading volume hasn’t followed through and fund-flow indicators haven’t improved noticeably, it’s worth being cautious. After all, a short-term rebound may come from short covering or from some capital testing the waters—it doesn’t necessarily mean the trend has reversed.
Also note that fund-flow data can be measured in different ways. Net exchange inflows, changes in spot ETF flows, and on-chain capital activity are not the same thing. You can’t declare the bull market back just because one data point improves.
Ultimately, whether ETH can stabilize still depends on whether the market can continue absorbing selling pressure.
Don’t mistake one bullish candle for a hero’s return, or one bearish candle for the end of the world. Trading isn’t fortune-telling; evidence is worth more than emotion.$TSLA #ETH回调后能否企稳
