#美股财报季

Woke up to find Bitcoin back hovering around $81,000, as if nothing had happened last night. The small order I randomly placed at 79,748 got triggered, so I managed to get a little at the 7-handle $BTC .

Machi’s really having a rough time. According to Lookonchain, Machi @machibigbrother was liquidated 5 times within 1 hour, and his account now has only about $5,000 left. He got precisely blown up again. I wonder if he opened another position to buy the dip. I saw news this morning that a whale bought 2,887.49 ETH on-chain 10 hours ago at an average price of $2,315, worth $6.68 million. Ten minutes after the whale bought, the market hit a short-term bottom and began to rebound. The whale is now up $122,000. Hopefully it was Machi’s alt account. Hope the big guy can hang in there and keep flying the flag for the bulls.

$80,000 is a psychological line, but the defense is getting weaker each time. Last night BTC plunged straight to $79,220. This wasn’t some “healthy pullback”—it was a targeted takedown of leveraged longs.

BTC dominance has already pushed above 60%. ETH and SOL have both fallen more than BTC, SOL longs have seen $17.3 million in liquidations, and negative funding rates and long liquidations are feeding off each other. The median decline among the top 300 altcoins was nearly 4% over the past week, while BTC fell just 0.7% over the same period. Capital is retreating into Bitcoin, and altcoins are swimming naked.

September PPI rose 1.3% month over month, its sharpest jump since March 2022. The 10-year Treasury yield is still stuck above 5.1%, and inflation data is grinding the rate-cut narrative into the ground. ETFs have seen cumulative outflows of more than $500 million in October. That’s not enough to do serious damage to a $100 billion market, but marginal buying is definitely retreating. Next week’s PCE release and the Fed’s rate decision are coming together, and no one can confidently say the bad news is all priced in.

At $80,000, whether the level holds is no longer important. What matters is not burning through all our ammo here. Waiting for PCE to come out and the Fed to finish speaking seems more reliable than betting on a direction right now. $GT

With BTC dominance at 60%+, capital is all flowing into safe-haven assets, and altseason will have to wait

Machi has been liquidated five times with pinpoint precision—brutal. Can he still make a comeback with $5,000?

17.3 million in SOL longs liquidated; negative funding rates + liquidation death spiral—so classic

With PPI this hot, forget about rate-cut talk in the near term—just hunker down
