FTR surged before plunging! The Tesla flying-car story is thrilling, but the risk of getting caught holding the bag is real

When a car starts figuring out how to fly, Meme coin investors are asking: Can I still get in?
The Roadster's rocket-propulsion demo sparked the market's imagination, quickly putting FTR in the spotlight and drawing attention to TSLA- and SPCX-related trading. But the hotter the hype, the more important it is to ask: What's driving the rise, and who's going to take the next turn?
First, FTR. It's a Meme coin riding the Roadster narrative. It doesn't represent ownership in Tesla or SpaceX, and there's no evidence that either company has officially endorsed it. What the market is mainly buying is the story, liquidity, and sentiment.
More concerning, related reports indicate that FTR plunged about 95% after surging. This shows that Meme coins aren't perpetual-motion machines on the gainers list: once the hype fades, liquidity can also dry up quickly.
Now, TSLA. A car showcase can fuel expectations, but the company's stock ultimately still has to contend with earnings, cash flow, competition, and valuation. As for SPCX-related on-chain contracts, they can't simply be equated with directly holding SpaceX equity.
My take: The story may keep gaining traction, but the risk of chasing the rally is that the market may have already priced in the most optimistic scenario.
At the time of buying, you see a rocket; when it's time to sell, you may be facing gravity. #每周来晒 and Tesla Roadster fuels Meme coins
Would you chase the next wave of hype, or wait for the market to cool before making up your mind?
