#Strive持仓增至36818枚比特币 The core signal from Strive's purchase is that the Bitcoin treasury model has evolved from an “experimental narrative” into an institutionalized, sustainable capital strategy, and the market will continue to view publicly listed companies holding BTC as a source of long-term incremental capital.

This can be understood in four ways:
1. Management has strong conviction in BTC's long-term prospects
From October 14 to 16, Strive bought 1,223 BTC at an average price of about $81,734, bringing its total holdings to 36,818 BTC. Its holdings have grown by more than 380% year to date. This shows that it is not engaged in short-term trading, but is continuously increasing BTC's weight on its balance sheet. The market will interpret this as “institutional-grade long-term bullishness.”
2. Bitcoin treasuries are developing a replicable financing model
Strive's funding sources include capital markets instruments such as preferred stock issuance and warrant exercises. It first converts fiat financing into BTC, then builds its valuation case on BTC appreciation and increased Bitcoin exposure per share. Once this model proves viable, it could attract more publicly listed companies to follow suit, creating a new source of buying demand.
3. The short-term price signal is positive, but support is limited
Continued large-scale purchases will strengthen the market's recognition of BTC as a core corporate asset and could also boost sentiment toward related stocks and BTC. But this represents the allocation behavior of just one company and cannot determine the direction of the broader BTC market on its own. What truly affects the price is the scale of future financing, the continuity of purchases, and overall market liquidity.
4. The market will also reprice the risks
Treasury companies' returns depend heavily on BTC rising. When BTC falls, their assets lose value, while fixed financing obligations such as preferred stock dividends and debt remain.
So the market will also be watching whether financing costs can withstand BTC volatility, whether Bitcoin per share is actually increasing, and whether share prices are becoming disconnected from BTC holdings.

Overall, Strive's purchase sends three signals: some publicly listed companies are treating BTC as a core reserve asset; Bitcoin treasuries could become a new capital narrative; but these inflows are cyclical, and market performance still depends on whether BTC itself can sustain its upward trend.#WCTCS9
