🤖 A Creator Sent His AI to an AI Job Interview and It Negotiated a Lower Salary

American comedian Graham Dot Zip tested what happens when two AI agents handle a job interview instead of a human candidate and recruiter. The experiment quickly turned into a comedy sketch.

⏺ The AI embellished his résumé. His agent, Victor, described him as a “marketing superstar” and claimed he had managed a team something that had never happened. Graham had to correct his own AI.

💬 Salary negotiations went off track. Graham wanted $140,000–$150,000 a year, but his agent claimed he would accept just $60,000. The AI recruiter refused to go above $90,000.

⏺ The bots carried on without him. They scheduled another interview on their own, then got stuck in an endless loop of polite farewells and thank-yous.

💡 Takeaway: AI can help you prepare for an interview, but handing over salary negotiations without supervision is risky. You might end up selling your skills for less than you would ask for yourself.
